Stronger Together Program

Let's chase The Good Life together!

The Good Life Training Stronger Together Program is designed for members of all levels to practice the basics of strength and conditioning training. Each month's program will focus on a new theme (stability, endurance, strength, etc.) for learning a well rounded range of training styles and skills.

 

Home Based Training

Gym Based Training

Home based training will allow you to make progress through the basics of strength and conditioning from the comfort of home. The program will begin in the first week of each month**

You will need the following to complete the training program:

​

  • Dumbbells, preferably adjustable

  • Long resistance bands

  • Small loop bands

​

Home Based Training

- $45/month

​

** to cancel this program please submit your cancel request at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled payment.

Gym based training will include a wider range of equipment/machines that you can find in most standard gyms. The program will begin in the first week of each month**

​

Training will include work with the following:

  • Barbells

  • Dumbbells

  • Cable/pulley machines

  • Muscle group specific machines
